NPC"s have all the fun though, MCs get railroaded on quests and shit, while NPCs get all the cool back story and side shit we never get to see but developers claim is "in the game"

You can stop DO STUFF as the npc so HA. Plus being In the spot light isn't my thing. I"d rather someone else goes through the effort of saving the world and I just occasionally toss them back on the road to success.

I want to be a shop keep selling useful wares to adventurers. maybe a wandering shop keep that appears to sell health potions at reasonable prices. pretty useful for people if you ask me.
