So.... my eyesight is slowly worsening, and I would absolutely take a year blind over the possibility that I will become irreversibly blind at some point.

I have deteriorating eyesight that will put me at a 8.0 eventually on the nearsighted scale (ABT 20 inches away will be blurry as hell) so fuck it 1 year of blindness now or 50 years of it later?
