I feel as though loosing your sense of pain is actually a curse. Yeah, you won't have to deal with headaches, but also if something is going on in your body like appendicitis or the like, you"d be oblivious to it.

The ability to alter reality, then alter reality to make it so you can use your power to regain your sense, and then you can just alter reality however you like after words. I personally think this is one badass loophole.
