try to get alot of lightning at one spot bcuz of ur powers and let it strike you an become the flash.Yeah you might need some mutations tho.....

Uhh I'm gonna science the crap out of this, wear a suit of armour, electricity will be carried around you and not into you, if you wear a rubber suit it will enter your body because your body is more electricaly conductive
