If time never resumes, neither does your cellular system. Your cells don't die but they don't regenerate either, meaning if you stopped time and it was paused forever, you wouldn't die of natural causes, but if you were to harm yourself you wouldn't heal

What if it resumes 1 trillion years later? For everyone else, time never paused. For you, time remains paused for the rest of your life. Those remaining (almost) 1 trillion years where the universe just stopped are lost forever, and everyone just continues on.

I assume you still age, so time effectively remains paused, either for some length of time, or for your entire life. You wouldn’t know if it’s longer than that.

The whole time will resume at a random point implies that ANY time could happen. Like, as in the time millions of years ago when being alive would be impossible. I'm not down with time travel if I'm gonna bloop into time on top of molten pre-Earth.
