This sounds like the premise of a TV show. Someone gets the power to see how people are going to die, saves someone's life. The power passes to them and, the next episode, they save someone's life. And so on.

Why would you want to see the way people die? Imagine walking around in a city and it says on one person, *cause of death: Earth imploding* and you look around you AND MOST OF THE OTHER PEOPLES SAY THE SAME THING AND YOU KNOW THE END OF THE WORLD IS COMING SOON?

Not really. The mirror is a reflection of the actual matter in front of it, while wherever you see people's cause of death would not be matter. In other words, what you're seeing in the mirror isn't you or any other person, just a reflection of light, and wouldn't have a cause of death.
