what size is the black hole, it never specified because if its a teeny tiiiny black hole then its gonna evaporate fast but it will explode and create a blast stronger than hundreds of atomic bombs

I'm thinking this is about Portal, so you need to realize that this would be useless unless you live on the moon. The game explained that the portalable wall are made of moon rock. And the non portalable walls are made of every day materials. So having one for every day Life, wouldn't work.

Actually, now that I think about it, scientists actually create mini black holes that don't have enough time to suck anything in. Maybe that would work?
