Can I not learn new languages? Because if I can't, 1) I DON'T have knowledge of everything in the world and this choice is a lie, and 2) I'll just build a TARDIS (because I'll know how to do that) and it will translate for me.

Build a translator! You..can, can't you? Also, you can't build a tardis everyone. The Tardis is actually impossible ( in theory at least ) so if you know about everything in the world that means that you can't do the impossible.

If the Tardis is impossible, then you don't know how to make it. Therefore, you wouldn't know everything. So it actually would be possible if you knew everything.
