If I could lift anything super heavy but not super light, this would be pain. I would not be able to lift a cutlery for example.

Ok think about this we wouldn't have super strength so all of this would still be difficult and decently challenging so going through a day would be torture mentally and physically. Anyways we would be able to run at least 28 mph and be able to lift about 1967 kilograms.
