Metabolism isnt put to thought? Weight is not your health. I have many phaces to go through yet. I can get fitter, amd also i will loose weight when im depresed. Cause the loss off musle. Metabolism is essential for harnessing new skills. I dont want to loose it. Body shows how im doing :)

Sirloin with A1 sauce tastes similar to double fudge chocolate ice cream.... The similarity between the two is greater than the similarity between oatmeal and plutonium. That said you can literally eat anything... But doing so'll kill ya! : )
