I'll just do what they did in 50 first dates, make a video for them to watch everyday when they wake up of who i am, and film our wedding, and i'll have them, and myself write down everything we did that day before we go to sleep.

Free fictional character! They have forgot you every morning but it"s better than nothing. You can also divorce them if you don't have romantic feelings for that character. I don't see the downside :)

I'll pick one that doesn't need sleep, pretty sure there are a good number of super powered animu waifus that have the trope of "technically I don't need to sleep, I just do it cause why not" and then tell her that she'll get amnesia if she sleeps so she stops doing it.
