A stranger I do not know? So it can't be someone I meet on the street or on the internet because I can know who they are even if they are strangers. Can't be anyone from TV/Movies/InternetShows/Etc. and definately any friends or family. No dilema There bub!

Strangers mean not my friends or family. I'll add as many people on social media as possible so I save a lot of people from death. Also, the stranger dieing can be someone who would"ve already died anyway.
