Arceus is only a dragon type when holding the dragon plate, and cannot learn moves like chatter, sketch, transform, mind blown etc, cannot evolve, cannot breed, cannot mega evolve, cannot primal revert, and cannot do many more things.

It doesn't say anything about trading or breeding, so you could easily trade them for other Pokémon, or if you catch an evolution with a different type preevolution and separate evolutions, you could breed it and get the other one from evolving it to the o...[Show full comment]
