Arceus is only a dragon type when holding the dragon plate, and cannot learn moves like chatter, sketch, transform, mind blown etc, cannot evolve, cannot breed, cannot mega evolve, cannot primal revert, and cannot do many more things.

Lol, that is already... like most trainers in Pokemon anyways. I guess I would get normal type, because they are the cutest and I can get evees which I can evolve into different types.
