For something to only stay in one place, it has to be unacceleratable. To be unacceleratable, it has to have infinite mass. And to have infinite mass would have everything drawn towards it.

So what is the point to having It have a weight if it physically can't be moved? If it can only stay in one place forever then it doesn't need to have a weight limit. The weight limit implies that it can be moved so it is pointless.
