Use video games that have transactions/ hub sites (Gmod Elevator, Steam games, ect.) And use the "internet" there. Technically speaking its not the internet.

You really don`t know what a game is about. There"s no need to play online (If the game is only multiplayer then ok) you can always get games that are amazing and they don't use internet, and usually games always have a offline mode.
