On the day they die, you know exactly when you will die. Getting past the grieving, which would obviously be a lot, you can plan out your final days since you have the date of your death marked. Think of all the things you can do in those twenty years!

Assuming that I'll get around 80 years old, that still would be around 50-60 years of having fun with my soulmate for the majority of my life. That's more than enough time to live a fulfilling and awesome life together, so I'm surprised why so many people haven't pressed the button.
