Past a certain point, slow net-speeds aren't much better than a lack of net. If I could get a whopping 5bps anywhere I go, I will never use it. At best, it would be a way to get help if I get stranded, but that's highly unlikely to ever happen.

Internet Explorer is NOT AN INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER. It is a SEARCH ENGINE. Spectrum is an example of an ISP. But i used to live in South texas, in Victoria TX. That place has to have had the worst internet.
