you could have also killed the world, think about it, tons of people die from those diseases BUT if you cure it, overpopulation will take effect and effectively kill billions more from starvation and so much bacteria

I would cure everyone but 1 person, and not to be mean but I would do it for someone who has 1 of the 2 or both but is really old so even if I removed it he would still die.
