I"d cure everyone in the entire world, and know as i"m dying, everyone else wont die for a while (because they"d eventually die of old age) now, and i"m only one person. And, even better if animals are included in "you save everyone" because technically, humans are animals too.

I'll just cure everyone when I'm about to die, or if I get so old/sick that I might not wake up the next morning, I'd just do it. I'd still die slowly, and there are painkillers.
