I would simply make a law through which I could gain dominion in my new life. For example I put a crown with a 20 digit code in a vault and whoever gets the crown becomes king of the world and only I know the code

Loophole: what I would do is make it so that there are "Security Questions", and if anyone gets them correct, they become the ruler of the land, the thing is, only my mind knows the answers, so I can reclaim my throne.
