That"s not possible. Your abilities don't activate until AFTER you press the button, and time reverses to before you pressed the button instantly after pressing it, therefore you are unable to wish to not have time reversed in time to avoid the downside.

If you make the wish that time would NOT revert well before the time the button originally reverts it should not revert because of your wish. Or the world would blow up. That's a chance I am willing to take. =o)

But the abilities don't happen until you press the button, and before you can even use them time uncontrollably rewinds to before pressing the button, therefore you are unable to revert the downside as the downsode happens instantly after you press the button.

You won't be given time to. The downside will immediately go into place after the button is pushed, and you can't wish away the downside before you press the button as you don't get your abilities until AFTER you press it.
