So apparently people can die of not knowing they have cancer, instead of dying from the cancer itself.

Lol, nice one. I think they meant you die with cancer, without realizing you had it in the first place. If you did realize you would've cured it. So not realizing you have it would've been your downfall, so yes. Cancer & you not knowing are your killers.

never said it hurt or anything. I could just have a really small cancer and it also never said when you die. So, I can still have a long life.
