I grew up and live in a poor area, and I don't like most people I've ever met. Most people here have meager savings at best, so I could track down the ones I give a hit about, give them way more than they had to begin with, and still come out a couple million life-changing dollars left for myself.

the people i like/know deserve it i can restore. the people i dont know plummet although donations to homeless shelters and jobs created through lobbyists might help.
