People don't seen to actualy get this question, you can ONLY go back in time, meaning you can't just do nothing and go forward in time like you would normally, you lose the ability to go forward in time like you do normally, ONLY backwards.

Removing your ability to travel forward in time will not trigger any paradox, you would not even notice if you are actually traveling forward or back in time because your memory also travels back.

Hell yes just travel back a couple of hours/ days when something doesnt turn out the way you want it to and redo it. Noone said you have to go back centuries. Perfect liiiffeee.
