Natural selection doesn't work like this. People will still die, you are not making a world of people who will never die. It"s just that disease will not kill them. Given how advanced moat of humanity is today any way we have already altered population Biology "too much" as it is.

A cure to a disease implies that natural selection has stopped. The act of curing defeats natural selection. It then becomes artificial selection. Bad question. This is an obvious press.

I agree with everyone who says this doesn't understand natural selection. But I assumed you would also change how it works, so curing all diseases given the hell-god that runs your world would be pointless.

Why would anyone push this? Living off of medications would be horrible and NOT worth it. Also, the medication would most likely be expensive, meaning you would have to be rich.
