It never says you actually have to prevent them though. Also, the fire department can't really prevent them so much as suppress them.

Well this Should be relativley easy since you have all of these powers. Super speed: you can totally get there in time, even if it is over seas because you can fly, and you can move anything out of your way with the super strength.
