You can however build impossible things, like say... a teleporter. Not only that, but heck no is this not like real life. You can build things you previoysly did NOT know how to build. That is how to interpret this. Basically... you become Rick from Rick and Morty.

Not a problem start small with a project sell it for money then use the money to buy materials to build bigger projects,, soon you'll be flush with so much cash that you'll be able to throw money at any building project to buy the resources
