All used games are is a game used by another person. I know that used games cost less. But if all games cost $20, wouldn't used games also cost $20? That would be pretty cheap to some people.

When you could get a game for $1 why buy it for $20 or $60? Also, you wouldn't be able to buy older games that are no longer in circulation.

If all games are scaled linearly, then it's actually pretty good as long as it has no impact on production(I saw a guy sell a game in Steam for $100k+ so get ready to exchange your money for Jamaican dollars)

The main downside which is what you guys failed to notice...what about the old games that aren't being produced anymore like Monster Hunter Tri, Luigi's Mansion (original), Resident Evil 4, etc.
