I can cure caner for all giving it to 5 peoples? Or i can cure someone of cancer and give it to 5 other peoples? In both cases it will be a great power.

Damn, I misread it. I thought I GIVE the cure to people who couldn't afford the cure. Well, it doesn't say HOW I cure cancer, so I just say I have cancer healing super powers. So the cure is free.
