After a long enough time, one gets used to the calls and it stops phasing them. Also, spending money in certain spots for one's self can also be helping others in other parts of the world, so it's really all good.

It says you have to spend the $100 you get on yourself.... So you can pay your food and rent with your daily $100 and give the money you saved to starving children.
