If the power only follows the seconds that’s happening in slowed down time, then it’d kill more children. BUT, if it followed real life time (as in the time other people perceive) you’d prolly kill only a couple of children

Could just slow time so much that a second doesn't pass in the time to take to complete your task - then unslow time. This way no one dies...

doesn't say I have to use it. Lets say the world ends, they're all dead anyway, so I can use it freely. I won't use it otherwise, unless its to save the world or something.
