Just travel 45 centimeters at a time, that way you’re never traveling a meter, therefor no death will occur.

It wouldnt mean much to the world if cancer is cured. Maybe your relative or loved one may have been alive today had there been a cure, but millions die to diseases that the develop world doesnt worry about. What value is a single human life?

Technically this should be another "no downside if you don't use it" power, but I'm inclined not to push this one because not only would you be killing vast numbers if you use the power in any way productively, and "in an instant" worries me that I could use it by accident or subconsciously...
