That's good, because no matter how you try to defend them, PokÃ©balls are used for inhumane purposes. Trainer battles are practically just dogfights. It's disgusting. Fun game, though.

Pokemon fight. It"s what they do. Many can't complet their life cycle without battling. Trainers add regulations in order to prevent the pokemon from getting hurt.

even if there were pokeballs, pokemon could be a dangerous weapon. what if theyre used to fight police or SWAT, or even used to.. MURDER!?!?! just take team rocket for an example, sure theyre no smart but others could use it as an insanely dangerous weapon... freams ruined...

We have seen ralts become friends with max misty and togepi no pokeball pikachu and Ash and most of pokemon caught wants to go with them so I don't se a down side
