One would have to know the meaning of every word in your language to truly know the language. As I don't know the meaning of every word, I don't "know" the language. As such, no downside.

I could tell everyone to just say random shit and i would understand it. they could say askdjbsaudfbadbasfsadjfbshdabfksadfbsdkfasbf and i could decipher what they want to say.
